What We Need to Learn from History

Most Americans actually don’t know what REALLY IGNITED the American Revolution. The vast majority mistakenly believe that “taxation without representation” was the cause, but a few simple facts reveal a deeper TRUTH. Truth is always in the details, and in our case, we can see it by examining a few events in our history and learn our REMEDY to solve our current problems. We will all benefit by examining the following four (4) events (and the importance of their timing) to understand what ignited our ancestors to revolt, and what INSPIRED them to rise. Not accurately perceiving these truths will result in our Freedom, Peace and Safety being lost forever through ignorance and misguided beliefs, rendering us to be ineffective. To wit:

(1) 1765 The Stamp Act and Stamp Act Riots

(2) 1767 The Townshend Acts

(3) 1773 The Tea Act (May 10)

(4) 1773 The Boston Tea Party (December 16)

Event (1): The Stamp Act in (March 1765) was a direct tax on paper goods, including paper made by the Colonists. The Act provoked immediate resentment and anger. The Colonists responded with The Stamp Act Riots in (October 1765). “No taxation without representation” was the slogan they used during the riots, scaring the British into repealing The Stamp Act within a few months, ELEVEN (11) YEARS before our Declaration of Independence and revolution.

Event (2): The Townshend Acts in (1767) were passed to tax goods imported into the Colonies. Our ancestors actually accepted the idea of being taxed on goods they didn’t produce; hence, they did not revolt against the Townshend Acts taxes. This is PROOF that “taxation without representation” did NOT ignite the revolution. Some people continued to smuggle goods to avoid paying taxes under the Townshend Acts, just as some people evade taxes today, but the bottom line is that our ancestors did not revolt against taxes. The Townshend Acts were enacted NINE (9) YEARS before our Declaration of Independence and the American Revolution.

Event (3): The Tea Act in (May 10, 1773) was enacted THREE (3) YEARS before our ancestors revolted. It was NOT a tax, but a TAX WAIVER for a corporation whose shares were owned by the king and his crony politicians and judges wanting to monopolize the tea trade. The king was the majority shareholder and his politicians and judges were minority shareholders. The corporation was the East India Company, the same one they used to smuggle opium into Asia where they were colonizing and exploiting people during a later period. (Who can't imagine politicians and judges profiting from drug dealing or from payoffs channeled through pharmaceutical corporations, and sweetheart stock deals?)

The Tea Act benefited the politicians and judges who owned the East India Company, a corporation (fictitious entity) by enacting a law to monopolize the tea industry and simultaneously destroy the individual commerce of the Colonial tea merchants and traders, in effect, to turn them into greeters at corporate tea parlors. This is similar to the laws and regulations enacted today that create monopolies, cripple small businesses, destroy individual commerce, and suppress workers' wages (such as allowing corporations to hire illegal immigrants to compete against citizens at reduced wages). When the Colonists realized the true underlying purpose of the Act was to create feudalism through a corporation, they realized the politicians were hiding behind the veil of a "fictitious entity" to create a monopoly under the guise of “Rule of Law”. Feudalism (tyranny) is what our ancestors left England to escape from and what every revolution is launched against. They quickly saw that politicians and judges were using corporations to enslave them again. This was their Déjà vu moment and the evidence that corporatism ignited the American Revolution, NOT “taxation without representation”. We're now in the process of having a similar Déjà vu experience, provoked this time by our current politicians and judges.

Event (4): The Boston Tea Party (December 16, 1773) was launched SIX (6) MONTHS after news of The Tea Act reached the Colonial tea merchants and traders. The miracle is HOW they succeeded in waking up the people within six (6) months after it was enacted, culminating in the Boston Tea Party and similar parties at other ports. They did it by communicating a powerful idea that inspired 2,500,000 people living over an area of 360,000 square miles to rise, delivering it by word of mouth and distributing small books as tools to help them. The idea they propagated that worked has been long forgotten, is not taught in our schools, and is subverted by the Constitution and the clever lawyers (politicians and judges) who wrote and maintain it.

By educating ourselves and keenly comprehending what our ancestors discovered, we can repeat what they did by educating ourselves and others to do it again. Tens of millions of people will rise to stop the looting and tyranny we're experiencing today. We only need to discover the TRUTH hidden in the details that will FREE us. When we do, we will RISE restore our Freedom, Peace and Safety again.

The modern tea party movement fixation on taxes ("Taxed Enough Already"), does not address the underlying problem of politicians working in collusion with bankers and corporations to RIP us OFF and enslave us. They make T-shirt vendors and television networks happy, but they are NOT addressing what the underlying issue really is for us to secure our Freedom, Peace and Safety.

Ignorance enables politicians, judges and bankers to keep fleecing the people. Educating ourselves and others to the TRUTHS hidden in our history and right under our noses will wake up 94% of the People, and over 280,000,000 of us will RISE. Doing so by recognizing our PARAMOUNT ISSUE will galvanize us to stop the looting and larceny with a PROVEN, workable plan, peacefully and very quickly. The book "EXERCISING our RIGHT to CONSENT" outlines a modern version of the proven plan that all Americans need to know to RISE and stop the politicians and judges aligned with the bankers and corporations preying on the rest of us. Armed with the knowledge, core wisdom and courage the book instills, our strength in numbers will overcome those who are destroying us, smiling to our faces while laughing all the way to the bank. Until we execute a proven, workable plan, we'll endure greater pain and misery for years to come, probably for many generations into the future.

What Will Ignite the Populist Movement

What will ignite the Populist movement resides in one powerful idea. When we burn it into our brains to change how we think and function, teach it to others and help them propagate it, up to 94% of over 300,000,000 Americans will rise. 435 Representatives, 100 Senators, 750 Federal judges and a handful of their brethren in the state legislatures and local communities won’t stand a chance. They’ll all be afraid of experiencing a “Marie Antoinette” moment.

This one idea engages the power of our collective intelligence: "EXERCISING our RIGHT to CONSENT" to the laws we live by. A true system of “governing by the Consent of the governed” empowers all of us, not just politicians and judges, who are NOT trustworthy.

Our RIGHT to CONSENT is inherent. It is essential to secure our Freedom, Peace and Safety. It works in all relationships, personal, public and private, including political, judicial, economic and social issues. It inculcates true individual and personal responsibility. The “RIGHT to CONSENT to the laws we live by” is what’s missing from our system. This Right is paramount over all other laws, empowering us to deal with any issues that affect us, including preventing laws and rulings from politicians, judges and regulators that enable predators to loot and exploit us. By compelling this Right, we will easily unite to stop the subversion and diversion of our wealth and futures by the politicians and judges trading our freedom, peace and safety for bribes.

300,000,000 people are smarter than any handful of politicians and judges, even if 30% are crazy or stupid. “Hope” through "Petitioning" doesn’t secure our Freedom, Peace and Safety. Only our RIGHT to CONSENT does. When we realize this and wake up others to this concept like our ancestors did, we will naturally unite and galvanize to stop financial, economic and psychic tyranny. EXERCISING our RIGHT to CONSENT is the key to waking up the masses and coping with our problems. Collectively, We will stop the insanity and thievery being perpetrated by all the crooks and liars ourselves. Tens of millions of people are dying to learn this and want to know HOW to do it. EXERCISING our RIGHT to CONSENT is what will enable us to end the cycles of tyranny and larceny perpetrated by politicians and judges that have plagued civilizations throughout history. No society or civilization has ever attempted such a system before.

To date, all governments have been controlled by politicians and dictators who always systematically disenfranchise and exploit their subjects. In so doing, they’ve ruined every civilization in history. They have an abysmal track record. Financial and economic meltdowns are not new. They have constantly occurred in systematic patterns throughout history. Now we’re experiencing the same song, different verse that generations and civilizations before us have suffered. Every revolution intended to end tyranny, larceny and injustice has always ended up being hijacked. Our own American Revolution was hijacked and for over two centuries, no one noticed.

2,000 years ago, a lone “rioter” confronted the “money changers” during his life. He failed and was crucified, is now idolized and worshipped by millions, but the same old rip offs continue. He proved that one person can't do it alone.  We’re going through another cycle of the same old process. By empowering ourselves, en masse, to EXERCISE our RIGHT to CONSENT to the laws we live by, we will break these historical patterns. Then we will restore and secure our Freedom, Peace, and Safety. All we need to do is educate ourselves and others to follow a plan that is PROVEN will work.

Judges are equally responsible for destroying our nation. United States Supreme Court judges ruled that bankers could charge unlimited interest rates (usury) to borrowers in Marquette Nat’l Bank v. 1st of Omaha Service Corporation [1978]. They also ruled that stripping the SEC of criminal authority was “justifiable”, exempting Wall Street crooks from criminal prosecution (other than class action lawsuits) in Shearson/American Express Inc. v. McMahon [1987]. Politicians repealed protections in the Glass Steagall Act [1933] with the Gramm Leach Bliley Act [1999] to enable the greatest corporate fleecing in human history, destroying our country and wreaking havoc on the rest of the world. Judges enabled them to do it, and politicians rubber stamped their rulings in subsequent laws. Politicians and judges are 100% responsible for enabling Wall Street bankers to operate outside the “Rule of Law”, to use internally controlled arbitration systems that have the enforcement effect of self-licking ice cream cones. Stripping the SEC of criminal authority created the regulatory vacuum. Thomas Jefferson warned us that judges are “worms… who would consume the Constitution from within”. He also said, “Only the People can be trusted.” We will be smart to heed his wisdom. The longer we delay, the worse life will become.

Doubters may not understand easily, but they'll come around when armed with knowledge. Our capacity to solve all the problems we’re facing was mathematically and scientifically proven by Sir Francis Galton 100 years ago. He proved that the collective intelligence of millions of people is far greater than aristocrats running republics or parliamentary systems through bribery. He discovered this after setting out to prove the theory that the masses are incapable of governing ourselves. The results of his experiments are indisputable. Unfortunately, what he proved has never been tried, but simple logic dictates that 300,000,000 brains are superior to arrogant aristocrats taking bribes. To believe otherwise is to cling to a myth and dangerous illusion that has been proven will always fail... maintained by the myth that REAL democracy can't work.

EXERCISING our RIGHT to CONSENT is a simple concept to inspire others to CHOOSE. With millions of us suffering economic and financial pain, the timing is NOW to go into action. Tens of millions are ready to learn. Securing our Freedom, Peace and Safety by our RIGHT to CONSENT puts the rubber on the road.  Our RIGHT to CONSENT beats whining, complaining, petitioning and living in “hope” like lambs being herded for slaughter. The sheering we're witnessing and experiencing has been going on since Washington’s presidency. EXERCISING our RIGHT to CONSENT is our ONLY remedy.

People love the idea after they read the book. In 2008, more people did NOT vote than voted for the winner(s) in every political seat in the country, including the presidency. Out of 210,000,000 adults in the US, 66,882,230 voted for Obama; 58,343,671 for McCain. 84,774,099 didn’t vote. Non-voters WANT to EXERCISE their RIGHT to CONSENT. This is the idea that INSPIRES them. We can all feel the power of the idea within our own bodies. You can feel it as you read it. Add 84,774,099 non-voters to the tens of millions of voters now disillusioned and... EXERCISING our RIGHT to CONSENT is the obvious game changer. We will overwhelm the predators and parasites we know of as politicians, judges, lobbyists and their corporate brethren. When we use our collective intelligence and stop acting like victims, all becoming personally responsible for making our society work, we'll create PEACE on EARTH and secure our Freedom, Peace and Safety ourselves.

To engage in the process, start asking others, “Which do you prefer: (a) voting for politicians; or (b) voting on the issues (by EXERCISING our RIGHT to CONSENT to what laws we live by)?”  The only things worth voting for are the “issues” and EXERCISING our RIGHT to CONSENT to any proposed laws and laws enacted and enforced against us, not choosing between politicians who, by their very nature, are NOT trustworthy. Living in “hope”, abdicating our POWER to politicians, choosing to be powerless, and always ending up being pillaged and plundered, constantly looking for “saviors” and “rescuers” in silk suits or black robes is folly. When we recognize the difference, we'll change within ourselves. People who naively trust politicians will acclimate towards the idea over time.  Share the book with them and watch them light up as they finally realize the difference compared to their misplaced trust in politicians... and see a way to do it.

All we have to do after waking each other up is follow the plan our ancestors proved will work, outlined in the book. When we do, we’ll take back control of our country and stop the looting, larceny, outsourcing, poverty, torture, corporate criminality, injustices in the courts and incarceration of millions of people who’ve never been convicted of a property crime or violent crime. Ad infinitum. It will only take a few months, or less, to make happen.

Voting for politicians is the road to hell paved with good intentions. As Einstein observed, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.” Voting for politicians and living in “hope” over and over again is a perfect example of insanity. Our inherent RIGHT to CONSENT is our POWER to secure our Freedom, Peace, Safety and prosperity ourselves. When we live our lives through this inherent Right, teach others do the same and follow the plan, politicians, judges and their cronies will run for cover or flee the country. More than 280,000,000 of us will compel it. It will happen very quickly... one person at a time until it snowballs. It'll only take a few months. 2010 is a perfect year to make this all happen.
